Artesta Instagram Giveaway — 5–8 April 2019

A draw will be held among all participants who have correctly complied with these rules.
The prize consists of: 3 framed prints in a white, black or oak frame chosen by the winner, with a maximum size of 50x70 cm.
Promotion valid until 23:59 on Monday 8 April 2019.
To enter you must:
- Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
- Comment on the giveaway post tagging at least two friends.
- Follow the account @artesta.store
Participants must be of legal age and residents of Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The winner will be selected by a random computer system from all those who have participated in accordance with the established rules.
The winner's name will be published on Tuesday 8 April 2019 in an Instagram post.
The winner will receive a direct message from our account notifying them that they have won the prize.

Participation in any promotional activity carried out by Artesta implies full acceptance of these general terms and any specific conditions that may apply to each promotion.

Artesta reserves the right to cancel the promotion for justified reasons, as well as to modify these terms or the rules of the promotion at any time or to leave the prize unawarded. If this occurs, participants will be notified through the same channel where the activity took place, with a reasoned explanation of the decision.

Similarly, Artesta reserves the right to exclude participants who breach the rules or whose conduct affects the normal running of the promotion, and to disqualify anyone acting abusively or fraudulently.

Artesta is exempt from liability if it cannot locate the winner for reasons beyond the company's control. The winner also releases Artesta from any liability for any damage that may arise from the use of the awarded prize.

Any incident not covered by these terms will be resolved by Artesta at its sole discretion.
